Indonesia Relief-USA (hereinafter referred to as IR-USA) is incorporated as a non-profit corporation under the laws of District of Columbia and shall be exclusively for non-profit purposes defined by Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue.

The purposes for which IR-USA is formed are to help natural disaster victim, through coordinate and manage relief effort program including but not limited to fund raising, program design, and program execution. IR-USA is empowered to cooperate with other organizations in achieving these goals and engage in such other activities as may be desirable or required to fulfill the purposes and objectives of IR-USA.
